Alisha Hamm, NBCR Lic#45
Alisha first received the benefits of complimentary healthcare early in life and learned reiki as a teenager to help with her own physical injuries. This inspired her to learn more about the field in college. She graduated Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with a degree in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology with certifications in holistic nutrition, reflexology, aromatherapy, Toe Reading® & life path coaching. While in Phoenix she used these modalities to help patients during internships at an AIDS/HIV and an alternative cancer clinic. In 2014 she became licensed as a Nationally Board-Certified Foot Reflexologist and later helped to re-boot the New Hampshire Reflexology Association in 2017 where she sits as co-Secretary on the RAHN Board in 2017.
Overall, Alisha uses an integrative approach to get to the root cause of an ailment by looking at the mind-body-soul to balance all systems of the body, relieve inflammation, increase circulation and promote stress reduction. She works within Derry Massage and Wellness Center (Derry, NH), Serenity Massage (North Andover, MA) and open to discussing mobile reflexology for 2+ people and spa party opportunities for 4+ people.
Outside of her practice, she recently certified in the Structural Reflexology® method that she finds more effective for chronic foot problems, teaches foot-hand-ear reflexology at a community college and works on case studies to further serve the public.
